The problem

Pattrn's sales team needed structured briefs from prospects, but free-form enquiries varied wildly in quality, wasting sales time on triage and qualification.

What was built

Web chatbot powered by the Claude API. Prospects describe what they want to build in natural language; the bot extracts requirements, budget, and timeline and hands sales a structured brief. Deployed as a React app with a Netlify serverless function calling Claude.

50% increase in new leads during trial.
